How To Wear The Patches
LifeWave patches are worn for 12 hours on, 12 hours off, every day. The reason for taking this 12 hour break is is to ensure that our body doesn’t get attenuated to the effect they have on its natural healing mechanisms, as this could make them less effective. Whilst wearing the patches, it’s very important to stay well-hydrated- sipping water throughout the day – between 1-1.5 litres.
