The women in this first section are those who have completed my Holistic Sexual Wellness Practitioner course and come highly recommended by me for advising you how to move forward with your own sexual wellness. Mary-Ann Illing – Cape Town
Mary-Ann is a Yoni Vitality Certified Holistic Sexual Wellness Facilitator. She has taken that training and combined it with the modalities she already practices in her work with women as a Womb Space Embodiment Mentor. Mary-Ann helps women feel comfortable in their skin in order that they can embody their truth. I have loved working with Mary-Ann over the past few months – she has great attention to detail and brings all of herself to her work.
Kate Dillon – Canberra, Australia
Kate Dillon is a certified Yoni Vitality Holistic Sexual Wellness Facilitator. She is currently working on incorporating this Sensual Embodied Awakening work into experiential circles and temple gatherings. Kate has a beautifully gentle energy and I am excited to see how she develops her current offerings and extensive experience of working with women with what she has learned here.
Kate currently offers Shakti Yoga Women’s Circles, Womb Massage Therapy, Lomi Lomi/Ka Huna (Hawaiian temple style) Massage & Yoni Steaming. As well as Transforming Touch – which can be done either in person or online and supports nervous system regulation and releasing developmental trauma.

Kheyrne combines belly-dance moves and jade egg work together beautifully – it’s amazing how your body suddenly knows how to move once you put a jade egg inside of it (which really demonstrates the power of proprioceptivity)! Also has incredible knowledge of the female body and how our hormones work. Would highly recommend checking out her workshops if you are in the Cape Town area.
Kheyrne has recently also started to help women clear birth trauma from their wombs, cervices and nervous system in general. A much needed service.
Marilu Gabba – Cape Town
Marilu is a certified Sex, Love & Relationship coach, working both online and in person – either 1-on-or with couples. We finally met in person in March of this year, which was such a joy. I love her down-to-earth, no BS approach to the work that she does. She has a wonderful toolbox of resources at her disposal, based in the mystical traditions of Tantra and Taoism, combined with methods from modern coaching and psychology.
Nicky Van Eck Zolezzi – Cape Town
Nicky is the gentle powerhouse of a woman who first introduced yoni steaming to South Africa. She is a plant and herb guardian and someone whose “garden wisdom” I value enormously. As well as Yoni Steaming, she also offers the following modalities – Abdominal Detox Massage (Chi Nei Tsang); Fertility Massage; Womb Detox Massage; Therapeutic Genital Massage (Karsai Nei Tsang); Herbal Remedies. Dominique Hazell – Cape Town
Dominique is a holistic and transformational coach working with women in the areas of sexual wellness, emotional alchemy and authentic intimacy. Sessions are individually designed and draw on a range of multi-disciplinary teachings, therapies and techniques which incorporate embodiment and mindfulness practices, subtle energetics, erotic wisdom and sexual somatics. She offers a workshop titled, “The Erotic as a Source of Power”, designed to shift women’s understanding about what the erotic is, what power is and how the two are intrinsically related and rooted in the body
Jessica Fawn – Cape Town
Jessica is trained in Hindu Shakti Tantra (Divine Feminine Tantra) and has been teaching yoga & meditation since 2016. She is currently teaching WOMANAWAKE in Cape Town, a 12-week women’s empowerment course and PUSSY POWER, a female sexuality workshop series in which she teaches about self-pleasure, yoni eggs and inner slut reclamation. Dr Christiane Northrup – International
Dr Christiane Northrup is a Board-certified obstetrician and gynaecologist with over 30 years experience working in the field of women’s health and her knowledge of the subject is vast. She has been a pioneer in the mind-body wellness field and knows everything that can go wrong – and, more importantly, everything that can go RIGHT – with the female human body. She is my Go-To source of knowledge on female sexual and reproductive health. She now teaches a lot about how (degenerative) aging is a choice and how women can remain vibrant and healthy for as long as we choose to. Oh, and she loves yoni eggs 🙂 Highly, highly recommended.
Keli Garza – International
Keli Garza runs the online business Steamy Chick. As the name implies, Keli is an expert in yoni steaming. There is a wealth of information and steaming protocols (for different health issues/goals) on her site and she supplies herbs within the US too.
