So… it’s been many months in the creating, but I have finally launched my Breast Love Oil!
This Breast Love Oil is an exquisitely superior breast massage oil to nourish both breast and heart health. It comprises of a blend of the highest quality base oils, chosen for their antioxidant and nourishing qualities, with an absolutely beautiful mix of essential oils – chosen not only for their delightful fragrance but also their incredible healing qualities. The result is a deliciously rich, nourishing, fragrant feminine oil that I am absolutely delighted with and that adds to my range beautifully – breast massage is the perfect warm-up to a yoni egg practice!
A summary of the ingredients is as follows:-
BASE OILS
Moringa (Moringa olifeira)- an ancient oil that has been around for millenia. Packed with anti-oxidants and vitamins A & B, moringa oil is super-nourishing and preserving as well as being antibacterial. Produced in South Africa;
Pomegranate (Punica granatum) – a heart-healing fruit. Packed with powerful flavonoids and punicic acid (Omega 5) – which has proven to be a powerful ally in preventing and healing breast cancer. Pomegranate oil fends off free radicals inside and outside of the body and stimulates keratinocytes, which are major cells found in the outer layer of the skin. Beautifully hydrating. Very thick, rich oil with natural SPF qualities, it slows down skin aging, reverses skin damage, heals wounds, prevents scarring and is powerfully reviving, restoring skin to a more youthful appearance. Produced in South Africa;
Inca Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis)- almost magical oil with astonishing anti-oxidant powers. Very high levels of vitamins A & E. Huge fatty acid profile – mostly Omega 3, followed by impressive Omega 6 content, making this oil thoroughly photo-protective. Nourishing, healing and protecting, with regular use this oil gives the skin a radiant glow! Produced in Peru;
Rose Hip (Rosa rubiginosa)- very rich oil containing essential nutrients for tissue regeneration. Improves texture and reduces scarring (of all types) and skin discolouration. An anti-bacterial, moisturising and hydrating oil and also one of the best oils to prevent wrinkles and slow down the ageing process. As with all members of the rose family, this plant has a strong connection to the sacred feminine and awakening womb wisdom of these times. Produced in Ukraine;
Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis)- highly compatible with the human skin, being almost identical to human sebum.
Whilst traditionally used as a protective for dry skins, it should be noted this is an ideal oil for sebum control or for those prone to oily skin too. An anti-inflammatory oil, it is very good on sensitive or spot-prone skin. Soothing and calming on eczema and other angry skin conditions. Produced in Israel;
Macadamia (Macadamia ternifolia)- easily absorbed, this oil is also very similar to human sebum. It has a very high content of palmitoleic acid (Omega 7) – which is quite rare in vegetable oils (being mainly found in fish oils). Omega 7 delays skin and cell-aging and macadamia oil can replace a lot of this fatty acid that tends to be lost at menopause. A superbly nourishing oil that moisturises, restructures and protects cell lipids from rancidity. Particularly useful for mature skins and sensitive areas where the skin is thin, such as the decolletage. Produced in South Africa.
Vitamin E Acetate (Tocopheryl acetate) – strong anti-oxidant qualities, anti-inflammatory and reduces skin damage – particularly that caused by too much sun exposure. Produced in South Africa.
ESSENTIAL OILS
Neroli (Citrus bigaradia) – thoroughly rejuvenating and nourishing for all skin types. Calms and uplifts mood; alleviates anxiety, panic, hysteria and shock and can also ease insomnia. Around the heart space it can be miraculous in lifting sorrow and bringing about deep connection (so much of our heart’s heaviness we end up carrying in our breasts). Produced in Madagascar.
Rose Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) – a superb balancing oil, it helps regulate hormones and, thus, our mood too. Very useful in detoxifying the lymphatic system (which is extensive in our breast tissue). Wound-healing and beautifully fragrant. On a subtle level, Rose Geranium has an almost mothering vibe to it – protective and cushioning. Strengthens chi – or life-force energy – and strong chi in the heart space is important as we move more and more into heart-centred living. Produced in South Africa.
Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) – beautifully balancing oil for all skin types. Magnificent for treating imbalances of the female reproductive system, clary sage is especially useful in relaxing of PMS and menstrual cramps. Powerful aid for easing depression and anxiety and unwanted menopausal symptoms. On a subtle level, clary sage is very grounded but also uplifting. Clary sage is harmonising and relaxing and with conscious use it can bring the heart space back into centred alignment. Produced in the Ukraine.
Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) – an earthy, musky oil, patchouli is a powerful aphrodisiac that adds a deeply sensuous note to whatever it is mixed with. Thoroughly excellent for skin care, patchouli is a wonder worker when it comes to healing scars due to its ability to encourage the formation of new skin cells. A great anti-aging oil. Patchouli is soothing and fantastic for reducing stress and alleviating anxiety and depression. Whilst a very grounding oil, at the same time it can also awaken a deep sense of our spirituality. Produced in Madagascar.
Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata) – a voluptuously fragrant plant, ylang ylang is soothing, erotic and euphoric, mostly used in skin care for its fragrance and sebum-balancing qualities. Its most important aromatherapy use, however, is reducing high blood pressure – especially when accompanied by heart-palpitations. This oil calms and regulates the nervous system and is used very successfully as an aphrodisiac, treating frigidity and impotence. It reduces inhibitions and ignites fiery passion! Particularly well-suited to women, ylang ylang helps us find our powerful inner femininity, confidence and sensuality. Also helps calm anger. On a subtle level, ylang ylang has a unifying quality – intensely feminine, very passionate and yet tempered by calm and balance. An obvious choice for our Breast Love oil. Produced in Madagascar.
Rose blend (Rosa damascena; Pelargonium graveolens) – described as the “queen of flowers”, rose is a physical heart tonic. It also lifts the spirits, allays anxiety and is generally nurturing. It is known to be able to comfort the heart at times of grief and bereavement like nothing else can. First choice in treating many female reproductive health issues, this oil will help with PMS, menopause and regulating the menstrual cycle. Also a purifying uterine tonic, it can help women to conceive. Rose is also an aphrodisiac. Useful for all skin types. On a subtle level it epitomises the floral characteristics of the true feminine – being loving, harmonising and gentle. Its heart-healing qualities make rose oil a perfect addition to this formulation. Due to the very high cost of pure rose oil, we use an oil that is blended with other florals such as rose geranium. Produced in South Africa.
Rosewood (Aniba rosaeaodora) – one of the essential oils most used when working with the upper chakras, Rosewood has a balancing and harmonising effect. Uplifting and fortifying, it is also a surprisingly powerful immuno-stimulant. Its gentleness and healing properties make it suitable for all skin types, being especially beneficial to damaged skin. A gentle aphrodisiac, perfect in a massage oil for lovers – and for this Breast Love Oil! Calming and steadying, it helps with insomnia, and in meditation can clear and still the mind. This tree is becoming endangered in its natural habitat and care should be taken to use oil from sustainable farming practices. We do, with our oil being sustainably produced in Peru.
ENERGETIC “INGREDIENTS”!
The oil is also “activated” using rose quartz – the stone of love and gentleness, but also a powerful protective stone. Rose quartz encourages us to cultivate more self-love, compassion, kindness and gentleness. This obviously feeds beautifully into breast self-care, whilst at the same time opening the heart (the breasts and the heart are very closely connected). There is a lot of rose quartz on the planet – and for good reason too.
The oil has also been “programmed” with the energy of abundance – which goes hand-in-hand with the breast massage manifestation technique I teach in my Breast Love 101 online course.

PRESENTATION
